From the Fitbit, for tracking your steps taken and distance traveled, to the MyFitnessPal App, that helps you track you caloric intake and show how many calories you have remaining for the day, there are lots of options on the market. Now, many employers are starting to utilize this technology, and there are some questions and concerns being raised.
